Your registration and participant data are transferred to the Institute solely to organise the conference, process payments, and fulfil contractual obligations related to your participation.

1. Organization of the XLIV International School of Hydraulics

On registering for the event, participants (also referred to as “you”) are entering an agreement with the Organizers. By registering to the Conference, you are indicating your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Registration
Conference registration is available online at ish2027.igf.edu.pl/regform. Participants are requested to complete the registration no later than 30 April 2027.

All registrations are subject to approval by the Organizer. After submitting the registration form, participants will receive a preliminary registration confirmation by e-mail. Once the registration has been approved by the Organizer, the participant will be requested to pay the applicable registration fee.

The amount of the registration fee depends on the payment date. To benefit from the Early Registration Fee, payment must be received by the applicable early payment deadline. Payments received after this deadline will be subject to the Regular Registration Fee.

Registration is considered final once the applicable registration fee has been received. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse a registration.

3. Registration Fees
The registration fees are listed at ish2027.igf.edu.pl/registration-details. Registration fees depending on category include the following services:

admission to conference sessions and events included in the registration fee
accommodation in a twin/triple room (3 nights)
full board
conference materials
abstracts publication (accepted abstracts)
bus transport from/to Warsaw to/from conference venue

4. Payment & Invoice
Upon completing the online registration, you will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail. Payment may be made online using the payment methods available in the registration system (including Stripe and Przelewy24) or by bank transfer. Immediate payment is not required at the time of registration; the applicable registration fee must be paid by the payment deadline. A payment link will also be available in the participant panel. Please settle the payments in PLN or EUR.

5. Confirmation of registration
Once the payment is credited to the given account, a final registration confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

6. Changes to registration
Changes to your original application for registration can be made in the participant panel until 30 April 2027. After this date, any changes must be requested in writing to the ISH2027 Secretariat: sh@igf.edu.pl.

7. Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation a written notification must be sent to the ISH2027 Secretariat: sh@igf.edu.pl
Your registration fee can be refunded for a cancellation fee of 200 PLN / 50,00 € on or before 12 March 2027.
On or after 13 March 2027, the registration will be refunded less 50% of paid amount.
On or after 30 April 2027, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
All refunds (if applicable) will be made within 30 days of written notification either by bank transfer or credit card depending on the original way of payment. Reimbursements will not be granted for late arrivals, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Conference.

8. Consent to be photographed
By registering for the Conference and accepting these Terms and conditions, you agree that the Organizer and its official photographers/videographers may photograph and film you within the context of the XLIV International School of Hydraulics for use on the conference website, marketing materials, social media accounts and in the press.

9. Other photography
Delegates are entitled to take photographs at the XLIV International School of Hydraulics for their own personal, educational and/or advocacy purposes. The Organizer will not be liable if delegates object to being photographed in these circumstances.
